the PAL LMA Geotrichum candidum strains come from the Geotrichum candidum collection of the University of Caen, LMA Laboratory which is unique by the diversity and the number of strains (over 500).

More than 100 Geotrichum candidum strains, all different from the other one, have been characterized in vitro and also in the cheese. Our Technical department is at your disposal to advise you in the choice of the best strain for your productions according to the appearance and aroma criteria wanted.
